The series of pieces presented was born from a collection of photographs taken and collected by the artist over the past 3 years through his multiple travels around the world, while working as a muralist. The social research that Slim carries out to inspire his works allows him to understand the diversity of realities and daily life in the different societies he visits. The Spanish artist uses his camera as a tool to capture scenes that gather information about unique, rare and diverse ways of life.

The relationship of human beings with their environment, their behaviors and the norms and conditions that determine them, become perceptible when a common factor get highlighted: their limits.

In this exhibition, Slim presents a reflection on the limits between the domestic space and the public space, between the interior and the exterior, between the home and the street. This set of everyday scenes enhances the border between what is intimate and what is exposed, transporting us to other daily situations and ways of apprehending limits different from ours.
